Shipping & returns.

How your cards travel from our shop in Boston to your hands — and what to do if something arrives wrong.



How we pack

Every card is sleeved in penny-sleeves, then placed in a rigid top-loader. Orders ship in bubble-mailers; orders over $300 are sent in small boxes with stiffeners and double-boxed for international destinations.

When we ship

We pack and ship orders Monday and Thursday from Boston, Massachusetts. Orders placed before noon ET on those days go out the same afternoon; everything else moves on the next ship day.

Methods & rates

U.S. — USPS Ground Advantage flat $6.50, free over $75. Priority Mail with insurance flat $12 (recommended for orders over $200). International — calculated at checkout via USPS or UPS, fully tracked.

Returns

If a card arrives in worse condition than described, or you simply change your mind, return it within 14 days for a full refund — no restocking fee. Email us first so we can issue a return label and watch for the package.

If something goes wrong

Lost in transit, damaged in transit, looks different than the photos — write us at help@oldschoolcards.com. We've been doing this since 2008 and we'll make it right.
